New England has well over 100 colleges and universities. A few, like Harvard and MiT have well known and publicized museums and art galleries. But the majority have little known galleries with location, and exhibit details known only to their campus communities. However, in virtually all cases the galleries have professionally curated shows that begin with student and faculty work and extend to world class artists. Most exhibits have associated receptions and artist talks. New England Day Trips At-Hand is making more and more of these hidden gems accessible.
